1. Intended use
Pill Counter is designed to help users count pills and tablets with an iPhone or iPad camera workflow. It may be used in personal or professional settings where that type of counting support is appropriate.
The app is a counting aid. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment guidance.
2. Accuracy and verification
Counting performance depends on conditions such as lighting, camera angle, tray setup, pill visibility, and the specific items being counted.
You remain responsible for verifying results whenever a count is important to patient care, dispensing accuracy, inventory control, or any other critical workflow.
3. Device, software, and feature availability
Some features may require supported versions of iOS or iPadOS, compatible hardware, camera permissions, Photos permissions, or an internet connection for certain services.
Features, pricing, and availability may change over time as the app is updated.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
If Pill Counter offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, those transactions are handled through Apple's App Store billing systems unless stated otherwise.
Renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing questions are governed by Apple's terms and your App Store account settings.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Pill Counter in violation of applicable law, to interfere with the service, or to reverse engineer, copy, extract, or misuse the software, models, or supporting systems behind the app.
You are also responsible for making sure your use of the app fits the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements of your workplace.
6. Updates to the app or these terms
We may update the app, change features, or revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pill Counter after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
